Hi all, Troop meeting as usual starting 7 pm sharp.
This Saturday is the delivery day for the Swords Directory, so we are looking for all Scouts to help, we are meeting at 10.00 am at hall. The more Scouts that turn up the quicker it is done, lunch will be provided.
For our new Scouts, remember we are planning your investiture for next Thursday 3rd February.

Hi All, meet at hall next Wednesday ( 5th January) evening at 5 PM. The Panto starts at 6.30 sharp so we need to be on the road early. All Scouts (except Ellen) still have balance of 18 euro to pay, so please bring along with you on the night. You also need to wear your neckerchief. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Hi All, there will be no Troop meeting this week. We wish you and your families a very Happy Christmas and hope Santa is good to everyone. The Panto with Jedward is on Wednesday 5th January so after Christmas we will put up details about meeting.

A big thank you to all the Scouts that turned up for the bag packing in Dunnes. A big sorry to all our new Scouts who turned up but could not take part, really sorry about it, the rules changed this year and we did not know beforehand.

Hi all, sorry there’s a change to our plans for this Thursday. We are doing the bag packing in Dunnes Stores this weekend, we have two sessions to cover. We are meeting on Thursday at 5.45 pm at the entrance to Dunnes in the Pavillions. We will finish at 09.30pm. Our next session is on Saturday Afternoon, we will meet at 1.45pm and finish at 6.00pm. As this is a very important fund raiser for us, all Scouts are expected to attend. You must wear full and perfect uniform. Our new Scouts should wear their Scout uniform including neckerchief, or your full Cub uniform.

Hi all, this week is the last week of our Inter-Patrol competition. Our Guest this week will be from the Irish Army, so you really need to make sure your Uniform is in top condition. PL’s / APL’s dont forget about your Patrol Activity and your project on Tom Crean which is due next week.
Well done to all who came along to the Catapult Challenge last Saturday, it was cold but good craic.
Remaining 12 Day draw tickets must be returned this week.
