Well done to our team of Ravens and the Wolf Troop on their great performance at the weekend’s County Camp craft competition. Both teams did Brackenstown proud, putting in an amazing amount of work and adding a very positive atmosphere to the whole event! Lots of happy and tired heads tonight!

A reminder that our Group is holding a Cake sale in St. Cronans Church tomorrow. For your chance to pick up some yummy goodies drop in between 8:30am and 1:30pm. Helpers are also welcome!!!
In addition to delicious cakes there is a raffle with great prices from the Scout Shop, McCabes, McNamaras and more….
There will also be facepainting!!!!

A reminder that we will be heading fishing tomorrow so uniform is not needed, just neckerchief and warm waterproof clothes.

Hi All, remember we are going crab fishing this Thursday, wear warm clothes, neckers, rain gear. Meet at the hall at 6.50, we want to be on the road for 7.

A huge thank you to the scouts who attended the event on Saturday night and Sunday morning, it was a unique and fun event.
The attached pictures show the full group that took part, our Brackenstown Scouts with the Chief Scout and members of the Defense Forces, also pictured is Nicole accepting the National flag from our Chief Scout and a copy of the 1916 Proclamation from the Mayor of Fingal.
The soldier on the right is Stephen Conran, a former Scout in Brackenstown.
