Kerry Trip – it’s official

We may have been telling you about this for some time but we have finally set the dates for our trip to Kerry to climb Carrantuohill.

We will be staying in the Killarney International Youth Hostel on Friday 30th of April until Monday 3rd of May.

The cost has been provisionally set at €60 a head.

The hostel is really good and it has loads of woods for wide games and the like. Check it out here.

The plan is to climb this >>>

Weather permitting. [and not from this particular side either]

We also hope to do some lightweight camping in the Hags Glenn as part of it – again weather permitting.

So hopefully we can be like this >>>>>

Gear list for Glenmalure

Hey dudes, hope you are all getting pumped about heading to Glenmalure. As many of you know now, Glemalure is a super remote hostel in the middle of the Wicklow wilderness so you all have to BE PREPARED!

FYI if the weather stays this bad we may have to abandon plans – so fingers crossed for a quick end to the cold snap.
